The Art of Collaboration — Amber Quartet Concert (String Quartet and Octet Concert)

China’s acclaimed Amber Quartet joins forces with four distinguished New Zealand musicians to present an extraordinary evening of chamber music.

The programme features Debussy’s iconic String Quartet in G minor, Op.10, Mendelssohn’s brilliant Octet in E-flat major, Op.20, the contemporary Chinese work Totem by Zhang Zhao, and concludes with a heartfelt arrangement of the beloved Māori love song Pokarekare Ana.
